I’m a California-based therapist specializing in anxiety treatment, OCD therapy, panic attacks, phobias, and trauma. As an anxiety and OCD specialist, I use evidence-based therapy approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), with advanced training through the International OCD Foundation.

My style is welcoming, direct, and collaborative. Each session is focused and intentional—we’ll work on reducing your symptoms, building real-life coping strategies, and addressing the stressors impacting your day-to-day. My goal is to help you feel empowered with lifelong tools so you can thrive, even after therapy ends.

I offer both in-person sessions and telehealth therapy for individuals across California.
